Robert Garner McBrearty’s short stories have appeared widely, including in the Pushcart Prize anthology, New England Review, North American Review, Mississippi Review, Narrative, and twice before in Missouri Review. He’s also published a novella and three collections of short stories, one which was awarded the Sherwood Anderson Foundation Fiction Award. His other writing awards include fellowships to the MacDowell Colony and the Fine Arts Work Center in Provincetown, Massachusetts.
