Writer's Block
The New Yorker recently published an article about the history of writer’s block that recounts many famous cases of the malady. As many of you may already know, writer’s block strikes everyone… not just the famous. So what can you do to get past it? Prompts might be a small step in the right direction. Tobias Seamon provides a list of great opening lines at themorningnews.org. While not all of them will produce award-winning works, they may be just what it takes to start writing again.
